Hmm, I'm a bit confused. Isn't the whole point of secondary paths to provide backup in case the primary fails? How can the primary always be preferred?

I think B is false. I've heard you can actually configure up to five paths for a given SR-TE LSP, not just three.

I'm pretty sure the correct answer is C. The primary path is always preferred over a secondary path unless you configure a preference value for the non-standby secondary paths.
