Okay, I think I got it. The correct answer is D because 20% of 10Gbps is 2Gbps, and the LSP is reserving 1Gbps, so the remaining unreserved bandwidth is 1Gbps. Nailed it!

I'm not sure about this one. If the RSVP interface can only reserve 20% of the 10Gbps link, then the remaining 80% should be 8Gbps, not 1Gbps. Hmm, maybe I'm missing something here.
