The 'Internal Only' checkbox sounds like it's there to make sure the support rep's rants and ramblings don't get emailed to the poor customer. Gotta keep that internal drama under wraps, am I right?
Hmm, the 'Internal Only' part makes me think it's to limit the view, not to hide them completely. But I could be wrong, best to play it safe and go with option B.
The Internal Only checkbox is clearly meant to prevent the comments from being emailed. I don't understand why anyone would think it's to limit the view or hide the comments from everyone except the rep.
