I'm going to go with D) Review Negative Inventory. That way, I can find out which items I'm currently selling for a loss and start a black market operation. Gotta turn those lemons into lemonade, you know?

I'll have to go with B) Adjust Inventory. It's the only option that seems to directly address the question's requirement of changing inventory without a purchase order. Although, I do wonder why anyone would want to do that... Seems like a recipe for disaster!

Maybe there was a mistake in the initial inventory count that needs to be corrected.

Definitely B) Adjust Inventory. That's the go-to option when you need to quickly update your inventory levels. Who has time to go through a whole purchase order process, am I right?

It's so convenient to just adjust inventory instead of going through a purchase order process.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I was leaning towards C) Reallocate Items, but now I'm second-guessing myself. Inventory management can be tricky.
