Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. Maybe the Netskope Client service is not running? That's what option C suggests.

I believe option D could also be a reason, if an invalid steering exception was created in the tenant.

I think the correct answer is B. The client is unable to establish communication to gateway-(tenant|.goskope.com. This seems to be the most logical explanation for the issue.
