Netskope Exam NSK200 Topic 1 Question 41 Discussion

Actual exam question for Netskope's NSK200 exam
Question #: 41
Topic #: 1
[All NSK200 Questions]

You created the Netskope application in your IdP for user provisioning and validated that the API Integration settings are correct and functional. However, you are not able to push the user groups from the IdP into your Netskope tenant.

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A

If user groups cannot be pushed from the IdP into Netskope, one possible cause is that the group contains both active and deactivated users. Deactivated users in a group can create conflicts during provisioning, as Netskope expects all users in the group to be active.

I'd say B is the way to go. If the IdP doesn't have the right permissions, that could definitely be the problem.

D sounds like the culprit to me. Gotta push those users first before attempting to push the groups, otherwise it's not gonna work.

Hmm, I think the correct answer is A. The IdP group likely contains both active and deactivated users, which could be causing the issue with pushing the groups to the Netskope tenant.
