Option D is tempting, but Offloaded Data Transfer is a feature, not a protocol, so that can't be the right answer. These clients are probably still using dial-up modems to access the FlexGroup!

Hah, I bet the customer is just trying to use their ancient printers and scanners on the FlexGroup. Good luck with that, the 90s called and they want their technology back!

The correct answer is B. FlexGroup requires CIFS shares to use the Continuously Available Feature, which these older Windows XP clients do not support. Makes sense, those old XP machines are so last century!
