Definitely Guide Me for the troubleshooting steps, and Active IQ for the cluster health monitoring. Can't go wrong with those. The other options sound more like legal mumbo-jumbo than actual problem-solving tools.

I'm not sure about Active IQ, but Guide Me sounds like it might be useful. Contracts and Warranties? Nah, that's not going to help with troubleshooting. *laughs* Unless the customer wants to sue their way out of the problem!
