This is a tricky one! I'm going to go with B) 20mg. If the oral to parenteral ratio is 7.5:1.5, then the oral dose is 5 times the parenteral dose. So, 0.5mg IV every 4 hours would be equivalent to 2.5mg orally every 4 hours, which adds up to 20mg per day.

I think the answer is C) 10mg. Based on the provided information, the oral to parenteral ratio is 7.5:1.5, so the equivalent oral dose would be 7.5 times the intravenous dose of 0.5mg, which is 3.75mg. Multiplying that by the daily dosing frequency of 6 (every 4 hours), the total daily oral dose would be 10mg.
