Option A and B seem a bit redundant. Why would you want to both log and block the packet? Logging is enough to know what's happening.

Haha, I bet the person who wrote option C has never actually configured a firewall before. Adding a prefix and passing it through? That's not how it works!

I agree, D is the right choice. Logging the packet without blocking or modifying it seems to be the purpose of this firewall action.
