This question is like a game of legal Tetris - I can move the blocks (locations), but I can't reshape the whole policy. Time to channel my inner policy architect!

With a preservation lock, I'm feeling like a caged bird. But hey, at least I can still add or remove locations. Time to get creative, folks!

So we can't delete the policy with a preservation lock on?

This question is like a riddle wrapped in an enigma. Let's see, I can't touch the policy itself, but maybe I can tinker with the locations. Sounds like a job for a policy ninja!

Ah, the preservation lock is the key here. I can't mess with the core policy, but maybe I can tweak the locations. Time to put on my thinking cap!

With a preservation lock on RP1, I can't decrease the retention period or delete the policy. Hmm, this is tricky. I'll have to go with increasing the retention period or adding/removing locations.
