I'm gonna have to go with C on this one. Activating Azure RMS is the key to unlocking the power of OME. Unless, of course, you're a wizard who can just conjure up encryption with a wave of your wand.

C is the answer for sure. Activating Azure RMS is the foundation for OME. It's like building a house - you gotta lay the foundation first!

Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. I'd go with B since Azure Information Protection is closely tied to OME. But then again, I could be way off base here.

I think C is the way to go. Activating Azure RMS is the first step to setting up OME in Office 365. Gotta love those Microsoft cloud services!
