User3 reports that he receives an error message when he selects the link to view the dashboard. User3 can view a dashboard that he has created.

You need to determine why User 3 receives an error.

Maybe User3 thought they could just 'forward' the dashboard like an email. Little did they know, Power BI isn't as easy as 'copy-paste'.

I bet User3 tried to access the dashboard using their smartphone and it just didn't work. You know how Power BI is, 'mobile-friendly' is more like 'mobile-confused'.

Aha! That's gotta be it. User2 is probably still signed in to the dashboard, so User3 can't access it. User2 needs to sign out first.

Hold up, I don't think the problem is with User1's organizational account. The dashboard was shared, so the issue must be on User3's end, not the sharer's.

Nah, I don't think it's an out-of-date version of Power BI. If User3 can view their own dashboard, it sounds like the issue is specific to this shared dashboard.
