I'm leaning towards Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Managing customer inquiries and support is crucial, and this app seems to be the most relevant for that.
I think Dynamics 365 Field Service is the way to go. It's specifically designed for field-based service operations, which seems like a perfect fit for Relecloud.
