Option A all the way, baby! Keep it simple, stupid. Why complicate things when you can just slap on a Top N filter and call it a day? I'm all about efficiency, not complexity.
Option D is an interesting approach, but I'm not sure if it's necessary to create a calculated column just to display the top 10 cities. Seems a bit excessive.
Option C with the TOPN function seems like a good way to get the top 10 cities. It gives us more control over the data, but it might be a bit more complex than option A.
Option B with the RANKX function sounds interesting, but I'm not sure if it's the best approach for this scenario. Might be overkill for just displaying the top 10 cities.
I think option A is the most straightforward way to get the top 10 cities. It's a simple filter that will do the job without any additional calculations.
