B) Create a new calling policy and set Inbound calls can be routed to call groups to On. That's not quite right, as we're dealing with outbound calls, not inbound ones.

A) Create a new calling policy and set Make private calls to On. That doesn't seem to be the right solution, as we need to replace the caller ID, not make the calls private.
