I'm torn between B and C, but I think I'll go with C. That auto batch reservations thing seems like it could be the key to unlocking this problem. Although, maybe they just need to buy more inventory to avoid all this in the first place. *laughs*

I'm going with C. Auto batch reservations should help streamline the process and avoid those pesky backorders. Though I do wonder why they don't just let negative inventory slide, to be honest.
