Uptime, uptime, uptime! The only thing better than guaranteed uptime is guaranteed unlimited snacks in the break room. Now that's an SLA I can get behind.

Ah, the old SLA conundrum. I'm going to have to go with A - uptime. After all, what good is a virtual machine if it's always down? Unless, of course, it's a virtual hamster on a wheel. Then downtime might be the feature we're looking for.

Performance, definitely. I don't want my virtual machine to be a laggy mess. If I can't play Fortnite at 144fps, what's the point?

Feature availability? I don't know, that seems a bit too specific. I'm going with C - bandwidth. Gotta have that sweet, sweet internet speed, am I right?

Hmm, uptime seems like the obvious choice here. I mean, if I'm paying for a virtual machine, I'd better get some guaranteed uptime!
