Removing the groups is a good first step, but I'd want to see the actual cost savings before saying it meets the goal. Maybe we could use those IP addresses to summon a cost-cutting genie?

Yeah, getting rid of those unused groups is a no-brainer. Now, if only we could delete the Azure AD user accounts like we do with our old socks, that would be even better!
