Hmm, I think the solution to this question is a bit tricky. Moving Server2 up in the General settings is not the way to go. We need to look at the Failover tab to find the right solution.

The solution provided is not correct. To ensure that App1 continues to run on Server2 when Server1 is restarted, we need to configure the Failover settings, not the General settings.

Moving Server2 up in the General settings won't ensure that App1 continues to run on Server2 when Server1 is restarted. We need to configure the Failover settings instead.
