I was thinking B, but C is probably better since the logs need to be readable for 5 years. The Archive tier will keep the costs down compared to hot storage.

Option C seems like the best choice to me. Archiving the logs in an Azure Blob storage account with the Archive access tier will keep them readable by the app while ensuring they aren't modified.
