Option A is like trying to diagnose a car problem by looking at the dashboard lights. Live Metrics Stream is great, but you need more than that to really investigate the issue.
I'm torn between Options B and D. Both seem to offer good solutions, but I'm leaning towards Option D since it's more direct and doesn't require setting up a new Log Analytics workspace.
I think Option D is the way to go. Adding a diagnostic setting to send logs to Log Analytics will give you a comprehensive view of the Azure Function app's logs and make troubleshooting easier.
