I'm not sure about the --snapshot parameter in option B. It might be useful in some scenarios, but I don't think it's necessary for this task.

Option C looks like the correct answer here. The azcopy copy command should be able to copy the contents of the local folder to the Azure Blob storage container recursively.

I'm not sure, but I think option B) azcopy sync D:\\folder1 https://contosodata.blob.core.windows.net/public --snapshot could also work since it mentions syncing the folder contents to the Azure Storage account.

I think the answer is C) azcopy copy D:\\folder1 https://contosodata.blob.core.windows.net/public --recursive because it mentions copying the contents of a folder to a public container in Azure Storage.
