Hmm, I'm not sure. A blacklist might work, but it could be a pain to maintain. Maybe a text classifier would be more robust and effective in the long run. Just my two cents.

I think option D is the way to go. A blacklist is the simplest solution and will get the job done with minimal effort. Who needs all that fancy AI stuff anyway?
