I'm pretty sure B and C are the right answers. Junos definitely supports ingress replication, and I think underlay replication is also a thing, but I could be wrong about that one.

A and C seem correct to me. EVPN-VXLAN is pretty complex, but I've heard that Junos supports ingress replication for BUM traffic forwarding.
