But in Agile projects, testing is integrated throughout the lifecycle, so I still think A is correct.

I'm not sure about that. In Agile, don't the testers work concurrently with the developers? I think Option B might be correct.

I agree with Amos. In a traditional waterfall-like process, the test analyst needs to be involved earlier, during the design phase.
