Wow, this is a tricky one! I bet a lot of people would go for option A, but the correct answer is definitely B - adhesion. That's the whole point of those terms, you have to agree to them or you can't use the service.

I'm not sure, but I think it could also be D) exclusion because the contract may be excluding certain rights or options for the user.
