A contract containing the phrase "You automatically consent to these terms by using or logging into the service to which they pertain" is establishing a contract of:
Adhesion contract, huh? Sounds like something you'd find in a sci-fi movie, where the evil corporation makes you sign your life away just to use their fancy space shuttle. But hey, at least it's not an 'automatically eject from the airlock' clause, right?
This question is straight-up trying to trip us up! But I'm not falling for it. B is the correct answer, no doubt about it. Those 'automatically consent' clauses are the textbook definition of an adhesion contract.
Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. I was tempted to go with C, but after thinking it through, I think B is the right answer. It's a classic adhesion contract, where you don't really have a choice but to agree to the terms.
Wow, this is a tricky one! I bet a lot of people would go for option A, but the correct answer is definitely B - adhesion. That's the whole point of those terms, you have to agree to them or you can't use the service.
