Definitely going with A and C. The other options just seem a bit off. Though I do wonder if the exam writers were trying to slip in a trick question with that 'six levels' bit. Gotta stay on my toes!

I agree with Chauncey. Account group levels determine the order and each account group must be defined in the statement.

I'm pretty sure the answer is A and C. Account groups determine the order of accounts on financial statements, and they need to be defined for inclusion in those statements.
