I'm going with C) 1. Since the country managers have different sorting requirements, we only need to do one sort and then provide the data to each country manager. Easy peasy!

I'm not sure, but I think the answer might be C) 1 because the data only needs to be sorted once for both sets of requirements.

I think the answer is B) 2. We need to sort the data twice, once for country managers 1 and 2, and again for country managers 3 and 4. That's two elementary processes.
