Haha, I'm just imagining a consultant walking into the hospital, tripping over a loose tile, and then trying to charge the hospital a million dollars for their 'expertise.'
Wow, this is a tough one. I'm leaning towards C, because sometimes employees can be part of the problem, and bringing in an outside perspective could be more effective.
I'm not sure I agree with that. Consultants might be more objective and able to see the bigger picture, which could be an advantage in initiating change.
I think D is the correct answer. Employees have a deeper understanding of the hospital's inner workings, which could make them better equipped to identify and address the problem.
