Haha, this exam is trying to trip us up! The fishbone diagram is all about visuals, so option iii is just plain wrong. I'm going with B) I and II only.

I'm not sure about this one. The fishbone diagram is supposed to display causes in a graphical manner, so option i seems wrong. But it does take time to perform, so I'm leaning towards B) I and II only.
