D is the right answer, no doubt. How else would the ISC know where to install the IM if you don't register the target node first?

Haha, this is a classic WebSphere admin question. The answer is clearly C. You need to start the job manager on the deployment manager host before you can use it to install stuff on remote nodes.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'm going to go with A. Installing a node agent on the unmanaged node seems like the logical first step before deploying the IM.
