D seems like the most logical choice. If 80% of the child entries are Unavailable, then the overall status should be Unavailable. Simple as that.

Hmm, I was leaning towards C, but now I'm not so sure. Does the Scorecard pane really use a 80% threshold for the 'Available' status? Sounds a bit arbitrary to me.

I think B is the correct answer. The Scorecard pane shows the overall status of a service, which is the lowest status of all its child entries.

But if a service is disabled in IBM Cognos Configuration, it should be listed in the Scorecard pane, right?
