B seems a bit off. The Default User Profile is used for more than just the initial login, it's the foundation for all user profiles.

I'm pretty sure it's option D. The Default User Profile is defined in the IBM Configuration Portal, under the Dispatchers and Services section.

Option C sounds right to me. Changes to the Default User Profile should only take effect after the user's next login.
