Option D? Really? Who types a URL into a browser to start a service? That's just plain silly. I'm going with C - it's the only one that makes sense to me.

I was going to say option B, but then I remembered that the LifeCycle Manager service is part of IBM Cognos, not just a generic Windows service. Gotta love these tricky certification questions!
