Option C seems to be the correct answer. Synchronizing events between cloud and on-premises systems is a unique challenge in hybrid messaging architectures.
I believe option B) Build a scalable and high-throughput enterprise messaging backbone is also a major challenge. Without a robust messaging system, the hybrid setup can become inefficient.
