I think option D is the way to go. Specifying the flag on the command line seems more straightforward than editing a config file.

The correct answer is B. The Event Manager is running on a separate namespace, so no special action is required.

But if we specify ONLY CLOUDPAK='false' in the uninstall-cp4waiops-resource-groups.props file, it ensures that only Al Manager is uninstalled without affecting the Event Manager.
