Come on, option A is way off. Multicloud can apply to both private and public clouds, not just private ones. And hybrid cloud is about combining different cloud environments, not just public clouds.
I'm not sure about this one, but I think option B is a bit of a stretch. Multicloud and hybrid cloud are used globally, not just in different countries.
Option C seems to be the most accurate. Multicloud and hybrid cloud are not mutually exclusive - you can actually have a hybrid cloud environment that utilizes multiple public clouds.
