I don't know, man, but I'd say the answer is C - Overtime reduction. Lean is all about working smarter, not harder, am I right? Although, if they're trying to achieve 'speed and agility,' maybe they need to lay off the caffeine a little.

Gotta be B - Removing waste. Lean is all about streamlining and cutting out the unnecessary stuff. I mean, who doesn't love a good lean, mean, efficient machine?

I'd say the answer is A - Defect removal. Lean is about improving quality and minimizing errors, so that's got to be the key focus, right? Although, maybe it's just me, but I could go for some overtime reduction too!
