This is a tricky one, but I agree with the others. The changing number of products in each box indicates a Reproducibility problem, not a Repeatability one. B) False is the way to go.

Ah, I see what they're getting at. If the number of products in each box varies, then it's not a Repeatability issue, which would require consistent results. I'll go with B) False.

But isn't reproducibility about consistency between different operators, while repeatability is about consistency within the same operator?
