Which Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) privacy protection principle encourages an organization to obtain an individual s consent before transferring personal information?
I bet the OECD privacy principles were written by a bunch of bureaucrats who love filling out forms in triplicate. Talk about privacy, they should focus on making forms shorter!
Wow, this is a tricky one. I'm going to go with B. Purpose specification - the organization should be clear about the purpose of data collection and transfer.
I'm not sure, but I think D) Accountability could also be a valid answer, as it involves taking responsibility for the transfer of personal information.
