Ha, this question is a real head-scratcher! 'Must' support 1588V2? What is this, some kind of dictatorship for network devices?

I think it's true because in order for the synchronization to work properly, all devices need to support the same protocol.

False, definitely. I've worked with 1588V2 before, and there are plenty of devices out there that don't support the full protocol. The requirement isn't that strict.

That makes sense. So the answer is A) True then.

I think it's true, because in IEEE 1588V2 frequency synchronization, all devices need to support the protocol for accurate synchronization.

I'm going to go with False on this one. The question says 'all' intermediate devices, and that seems like a pretty strict requirement that isn't always the case in real-world deployments.

Do you think all intermediate transmission devices must support the IEEE 1588V2 protocol?

I'm not sure about this one. I thought all intermediate devices needed to support 1588V2, but the wording of 'must' makes me a bit unsure.

That's what I thought too. It's important for all devices in the network to be on the same page when it comes to synchronization.

I think you're right. It makes sense that all intermediate devices must support the protocol for proper synchronization.
