Clearly the answer is B. The OLT shouldn't be sending duplicate join messages, that would be a waste of bandwidth. Somebody needs to teach these multicast routers some basic efficiency!
Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. Wouldn't the OLT send a join message for each user, even if they're watching the same program? I'll have to double-check the IGMP snooping details.
I'm not sure about this question, but based on what Judy and Trina said, I think the answer is B) Right. It makes sense that the OLT would send join messages to the multicast router in this scenario.
