This is definitely a 'False' answer. The OLT should be able to keep the ONU traffic separate, regardless of the service VLAN configuration.

That's a good point, VLANs do separate broadcast domains. So, the answer might actually be B) FALSE.

I don't think that's correct. The OLT should be able to isolate the traffic between ONU's, even if they're on the same service VLAN.
