Ah, Option D, the 'encrypt everything!' approach. While security is important, I don't want to have to worry about managing all that encryption myself. I'd prefer something more plug-and-play.
Option C seems to address the active/standby state issues, which is a nice feature. But I wonder if it's overkill for my needs. I'd hate to pay for more than I actually need.
Option B is interesting, but I'm concerned about the 'second-level switching' part. I need something that can handle failover without any noticeable downtime.
Option A sounds like it has all the bells and whistles, but I'm not sure if I need all that complexity in my network. I just want something reliable and easy to manage.
