I'm a bit confused by the wording in these options. Option D sounds like it could be the right answer, but I'm not sure if it's describing the import parameters or the tape recycling process.

Option C seems to describe the correct Recycle Mode, which copies the entire physical tape to the virtual tape. The other options don't quite make sense to me.
