I'm going with TRUE on this one. It makes sense that OSPF would rely on BFD to speed up its response to network changes. BFD is like the turbo boost for OSPF!

Hmm, this seems straightforward. If BFD is associated with OSPF, then the OSPF neighbor relationship should only reach the Full state after the BFD session is up. Sounds logical to me.
