I'll go with 802.11r, because it's all about fast BSS transition, and that sounds like it could be related to steering STAs. Plus, it's the only answer that starts with 'r', and we all know that's the coolest letter.

Okay, let's see... I'm pretty sure 802.11k is about radio resource management, so that could be it. But then again, 802.11v is about wireless network management, so it's a tough call.
