Wait, so the user can't get an IP address but the network is wireless? Clearly, they need to plug in an Ethernet cable and try again. Problem solved!

I'm pretty sure B) is the right answer. You need to configure the DHCP server on the virtual interface to assign IP addresses.

Haha, I bet the user tried 'password123' and got blacklisted. That'll teach them to use better passwords!

I'm not sure about A), but I definitely agree with D). The MAC address blacklist is a common reason for not getting an IP address.

I think the correct answers are A) and D). If the VLAN is not configured correctly or the user's MAC address is on the blacklist, they won't be able to get an IP address.

I'm not sure about option D. I think it could also be B) wlan-ess No configuration on the virtual interface dhcp-enable. That might be causing the issue as well.

I agree with Werner. Those two reasons seem to make sense. Maybe the user forgot to configure VLAN or their MAC address is blacklisted.
