This is a tricky one, but I'm going with B) MST Bridge ID and E) MST VLAN to instance mapping. Those two configs have to be the same for the switches to be in the same region. The other options are just irrelevant details.

I bet the answer is E) MST VLAN to instance mapping and something else. That's the key thing that defines the region, right? The other one could be B) MST Bridge ID or D) MST revision number.

I'm not sure about this one. I was thinking maybe C) MST version number and D) MST revision number, but I guess those don't really matter as long as the other configs match.

Hmm, I think the answer is B) MST Bridge ID and E) MST VLAN to instance mapping. The switches need to have the same Bridge ID and VLAN-to-instance mapping for them to be in the same MST region.
